This lab was the most fun because we got to create a recipe ourselves. Molli Martin, Raegan Holle, and I planned this creation ever since the first foods class. My group always did a great job of completing our tasks on time and helping each other when needed. I also really enjoyed the idea of fusing our cream cheese frosting with raspberries, as it was an exciting challenge.  When making this dish in the future, make sure you find an object with small holes, like a sifter, to help get rid of the seeds to make a jelly-like paste for the frosting. It took a couple of different methods to find out what worked best to get rid of the seeds.  I rate this a 10/10 and highly recommend the casserole because it was so much fun and very easy to make!
